The March Cooking in the Dark show will run on Friday March 4th at 7.pm (CST)
It repeats every other hour throughout Saturday evening.
Join The Cooking in the Dark gang as they prepare a soup that is as easy as
it is delicious! Let's say goodbye to winter with this tortilla soup--make
it as spicy as you want--and melt away the cold nights!
Listen as Dale makes it and gives some hints on how to really heat it up!

And since the tortillas are out, Quesadillas are prepared to go with the
soup instead of a sandwich.
For dessert, how about a Mexican tortilla cookie? They are simple and a
great end to this meal!
Your kids can help with them too!
